King County Records & Elections Office has certified that we
submitted enough valid signatures with our Petition for the election
process to procede.
First Public Hearing on the Preserve Our Plateau Annexation:
February 13, 2006

Annexation By Election paper which lays out the process defined in the
controlling state law (RCW 35A.14.020).

On June 23rd the CARE Annexation Committee mailed a Boundary Survey
card to every property that might be included in an proposal for annexation
to the City of Renton to aske each property whether they want to be
annexed. On July 7th and 9th, we mapped the responses. On July 18, the
results were posted to this site.
